Price List
Administration, business services, consulting and compliance management. Valid from 1 November 2026, all prices exclude VAT. This price list applies to clients without a cooperation agreement; once an agreement is signed, contract prices apply.

Monthly packages of prepaid hours

Packages are agreed for a minimum of 3 months. Hours beyond the package are charged at the package rate. Unused hours can be carried over to the following month by agreement.
Travel costs

Travel costs are charged for meetings, consultations and services outside our office and cover fuel, vehicle wear and operation, as well as travel time. The distance is the total round trip; the rate of 20 CZK/km applies only to kilometres beyond the first 50 km. The bands up to 20 km and 20–50 km are fixed. For unusual distances or time requirements, the price can be adjusted by individual agreement. Online meetings and remote work do not include travel costs.

Annual flat fee with a cooperation agreement

The flat fee is paid when the cooperation agreement is signed and covers basic services as agreed. The amount can be adjusted by agreement. Once the agreement is signed, the contract price list applies instead of hourly rates and packages.
Notes
All prices are in CZK excluding VAT. Every started hour is charged as a full hour. Fees of external professionals (lawyers, notaries, tax advisers, etc.) are set by agreement, based on their price lists and our share. Legal services reserved for attorneys are provided through our partner law firms. This price list is for information only; the terms agreed in the service agreement are binding.
