Compliance management

Your business in line with the regulations – no stress, no fines and no extra paperwork. Paperwork, inspections and authorities are our job.

What compliance management is and why it matters

Every company, sole trader and association has to meet dozens of legal obligations – from personal data protection, registers and employment rules to internal policies. On top of that, regulations change constantly and inspection authorities check that they are being followed.

Compliance management means these obligations are mapped, set up correctly and monitored on an ongoing basis. We take it off your hands: we find out what applies to you, prepare the documentation, keep track of deadlines and legislative changes, and support you during inspections.

FAQ

Questions and answers

What is compliance management?

The ongoing care that ensures a business meets all the obligations imposed on it by laws and regulations – from personal data protection and employment obligations to registers and internal policies. It is not a one-off task but continuous management.

Does compliance also apply to small businesses and sole traders?

Yes. Many obligations – such as personal data protection under the GDPR or various registers – apply to small businesses and sole traders too. We always tailor the scope to the size and activities of the business.

Do you replace a lawyer?

No. In the Czech Republic, legal services are reserved for attorneys. Where legal services are needed, we work with trusted attorney partners. We take care of organisation, documentation, registers, deadlines and communication with the authorities.

How much does compliance management cost?

We price it as a tailor-made package based on the size of the business, its sector and the scope of obligations – one clear price for the complete solution, with no surprises. We prepare a quote after an initial consultation.

Can you represent us during an inspection by the authorities?

Yes. We help you prepare for the inspection, put together the necessary documents and, on the basis of a power of attorney, can represent you in dealings with the authority.

Want peace of mind?

Get in touch and we'll arrange a no-obligation initial consultation. We operate across the whole of Czechia – most things can be handled online.
